You wanted more help with using University of Sunderland online resources
We Did:
The College responded to this by organising visits from University of Sunderland Library staff. University of Sunderland Library Roadshows were also organised and tutorials were given via the Internet.
You Said:
The availability of careers advice could be better promoted
We Did:
Events were organised where the University of Sunderland delivered progression talks on every Undergraduate programme run by them at the College. The College has developed and published a Careers Education Information and Guidance support procedure for students detailing the services provided through client services.

The IT resources in the Higher Education Gateway needed upgrading
We did:
The College liaised with the University and brand new PCs and a printer were installed
You Said:
You would like to have more involvement in the quality assurance of Higher Education
We Did:
Students now have the opportunity to attend meetings to voice their cohort’s experiences and suggestions for improvement and they get feedback on decisions and changes that have been made.
