Higher Education Gateway Centre

In partnership with the University of Sunderland, Bishop Auckland College is proud to offer a range of foundation degrees, most of which are studied on a part-time basis.

The Higher Education Gateway Centre has been designed specifically to cater for Higher Education Students. It provides a friendly and supportive environment, to help you make the most of your study time here.

In the Gateway Centre you will find:

• The University of Sunderland Partnership Liaison Officer can provide advice and guidance on a wide range of topics such as fees, UCAS applications and Sunderland University online resources. They can also offer support with enrolment, applications for financial support, library access and distribution of University Campus Cards, Campus tours and library visits.
• ICT facilities with fast broadband and printing
• Social areas with tea and coffee making facilities
